Our 3 arts organizations have over 100 years of collective experience engaging youth
in the arts and contributing to the cultural health of the Pikes Peak region.

Our organizations have a united message about the critical need to engage children in arts education to ensure that the “whole child” is being served and given every advantage for success in life. Our organizations do provide arts programming but the real focus is on developing healthy, happy, engaged, creatively thinking children with a love of learning. We know that providing children with a broad range of arts opportunities ensure more opportunities for achievement throughout life and contributes to the quality of life in our community. This message is fundamental to all that we do. “Celebrating Youth in the Arts” gives us a chance to deliver this message while underscoring our commitment to the synergistic impact of collaboration.

After three successful years of engaging over 350 people at each well-loved community event, we have challenged ourselves to once again provide an inspiring experience by presenting stellar talented youth.

Performing Arts for Youth Organization was formed in 1969 as a nonprofit (501(c)3) organization for the purpose of providing a variety of high quality, multi-cultural, arts-in-education programs in the areas of music, storytelling, dance, magic, and drama for children in all public, private and independent schools and community and youth centers in the Pikes Peak region.
